The night I started writing it God had placed on my heart that you don't have to be in a relationship to feel loved, or to feel wanted by someone, cause you know who is craving for your attention and love right now? God. He wants to know you, He wants to be with you and to hold you and romance you. And sometimes you may be weak and not be able to uphold the things in your life and God will always be there with His arms open wide to carry you the rest of the way. He is forever reigning in Heaven at the right hand of God, where the angels are singing "Holy, Holy, Holy!" That's where this song comes in to place.
